This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use onetotengrading.com and our services, why we collect it, who we share it with and the rights you have under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).

2.ข้อมูลที่เราเก็บWhat we collect

Passwords are stored in encrypted form by our sign-in provider; we never see them. If you sign in with Google, Google shares your name, email address and profile picture with us.

We do not send marketing messages without your consent.

4.หน้าใบรับรองสาธารณะPublic certificate pages
การ์ดที่ประเมินเกรดแล้วทุกใบจะมีหน้าใบรับรองสาธารณะ ทุกคนที่มีหมายเลขใบรับรอง (เช่น จาก QR โค้ดบนสแลบ) สามารถดูรายละเอียดการ์ด เกรด รูปถ่าย และหลักฐานการประเมินได้ รายงานประชากรและการค้นหาการ์ดของเราแสดงข้อมูลระดับการ์ดเช่นเดียวกัน เราจะไม่แสดงชื่อหรือข้อมูลติดต่อของเจ้าของการ์ดในหน้าเหล่านี้Every graded card has a public certificate page. Anyone with the certificate number (for example from the QR code on the slab) can see the card's details, grade, photos and grading evidence. Our Population Report and Card Search show the same card-level information. We never show the owner's name or contact details on these pages.

6.การจัดเก็บข้อมูลนอกประเทศไทยData stored outside Thailand
ผู้ให้บริการบางรายจัดเก็บข้อมูลบนเซิร์ฟเวอร์นอกประเทศไทย เราเลือกใช้ผู้ให้บริการที่มีมาตรการคุ้มครองข้อมูลที่เหมาะสมตาม PDPASome of these providers store data on servers outside Thailand. We use established providers that protect data with security measures appropriate under the PDPA.
7.ระยะเวลาการเก็บข้อมูลHow long we keep it
- ข้อมูลบัญชีและข้อมูลลูกค้า: ตลอดระยะเวลาที่บัญชียังเปิดใช้งาน และหลังจากนั้นตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด (เช่น บันทึกทางบัญชีต้องเก็บอย่างน้อย 5 ปี)Account and customer details: while your account is open, and afterwards as long as the law requires (for example, accounting records are kept for at least 5 years).

8.ความปลอดภัยของข้อมูลSecurity

Email onetotengrading@gmail.com and we will reply within 30 days. You may also complain to the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).
